Scholarships

The Oklahoma Claim Association, Inc. will allocate funds on an annual basis, if available, to provide a scholarship or scholarships to active members and/or to children of active members of the Oklahoma Claim Association, Inc. The Executive Board will decide the amount and number of scholarships.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Must be a current member of OCA in good standing and have been a member for 3 consecutive years, or
2. May be any spouse, son, daughter, daughter-in-law or son-in-law of a member meeting requirements in 1. above
3. Must not currently be serving on the board
4. Canditates are eligible to receive award only once in a lifetime
5. Must be enrolled in any school of higher learning beyond high school (does not have to be insurance related.); may be any level of undergraduate work or beyond

Frequency of Award: 

The award will be given annually, with the amount and number of awards to be determined by the executive board.

Procedure

Applicant shall fill out the application supplied by OCA and submit it to the association no later than July 31st of the application year. Selection will be made by the executive board each year; the board’s decision is final.
